This part-time, onsite position is the backbone of our personnel care—managing everything from high-caliber recruitment and onboarding to the administration of the Concordia Benefit Package. Trinity Lutheran School in Waconia is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join Kingdom Quest: Summer Adventures as Program Aides! Help us provide a summer of fun, faith, and friendship for students entering grades 1–5. We offer flexible part-time shifts (typically 4–6 hours/day, not every day of the week) between June 1 and August 18. If you are at least 16 years old, love working with kids, and want to share Christ’s love through adventures and field trips, we want to hear from you!

Join Trinity's Facilities Flex Team — a flexible, behind-the-scenes team that helps care for our church and school campus. This team supports cleaning, room resets, and event clean-up so our spaces are welcoming, safe, and ready for ministry and learning each day. Flex team members can serve in a way that fits their schedule, either as paid Flex Team members (with flexible, pick-your-own shifts) or as volunteers. Whether you’re available a few times a week or just occasionally, your support makes a meaningful difference.
