Team World Vision invites teams to run for a mission—raising awareness and funds for clean water in Africa. Run locally and impact globally. In Africa they say, “Water is Life.” However, 20% of the people in the world lack access to safe drinking water. Children and women often walk five to ten miles a day to gather water that isn’t even safe to drink and can make them sick. Astonishingly, nearly 835 children under the age of five die every day from dirty water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. Clean water restores health and opens the door to education, a promising future, and a full life. The kind of life God intends. Join us in this mission!
