ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 2017-18:
Priority Enrollment for Trinity Lutheran School is offered to current school, preschool, and WCCCC families, former school families, and church members from 1 pm January 15 until 11:59 pm on January 25, 2017.
On-site Registration for new Trinity Lutheran School families will be held from 8-9 pm following the All School Preview Night on January 26.
Open Enrollment for new Trinity Lutheran School families begins at 6 am on January 27, 2017.
Applications for Enrollment are processed in the order in which they are received based on the following priority:
1.) Current school, preschool or WCCCC family or Trinity member
2.) Former Trinity school, preschool, and WCCCC family
3.) New school family.
STEP ONE: ONLINE APPLICATION
All Applications for Enrollment will be submitted online through Sycamore Education, Trinity's cutting edge school information system.
Please read the following navigational tips before beginning the online enrollment process: Log in as a "new family" and enter the requested information. Be sure to "Submit" or "Add" information in each area. The content in the Application Road Map area must be green. If any area is red, it indicates missing information. You can return to the Application Road Map, by clicking the "Home" button in the left column. Click here to begin the online enrollment process and then return to this page to follow Step Two.
STEP TWO: SMART TUITION SIGN UP
At no additional cost, all Trinity families are required to sign up for SMART Tuition, Trinity's tuition management system. Through this system, you can establish payment intervals or pay tuition in full and designate your withdrawal date(s). Families new to the SMART program will use the following sign up link: enrollwithsmart.com.
STEP THREE: CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Confirmation of acceptance into Trinity Lutheran School will be sent when all components of the enrollment process are completed. Please note, preschool class selections (morning or afternoon classes) will be confirmed in mid-February. Teacher assignments for all grades, including preschool, will be shared in July.
Details regarding the school year (school supply list, Back to School information, etc.) is emailed in early July. Please be sure that your email address is always kept current with the Trinity office so you receive this important information.
NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID
Need-based financial aid is available for families with students in kindergarten-8th grade. Click here to complete the TADS application. Applications must be completed and fees paid before scholarships are granted. The deadline to apply is April 14, 2017. Awards are made in May.
